In Southeast Asia, demand for high-quality shrink sleeves is on the rise, and one of the reasons for this is the growth in demand for packaged products, both food or non-food. For these, safe and attractive packaging is a must.

To acquaint delegates attending the webinar Shrink Sleeve Innovations for Food, Beverages, and Personal Care Products, Dase-Sing Group and Ringier Events invited packaging expert Mayuree Paklamjeak to speak on shrink sleeve trends in Thailand.

Mrs Paklamjeak is currently Adviser to two companies and two organisations, one of which is the Plastic Institute of Thailand, founded by the government to support the long-term development of the Thai plastics industry, and the other is the Thai Printing Association. She also is also a Lecturer and Packaging Academy Consultant for many local universities.

Her years of experience in the Packaging Industry includes working with the Thai Packaging Center and the Thailand Institute of Scientific and Technological Research (20 service years), where her last position was Director of Training and Promotion of Thai Packaging Center. She has also worked with Lever Brothers Thailand, Golden Food International Company, and Colgate Palmolive Company.
